Wells Brothers Pet, Lawn and Garden Supply in Plano, Texas, is looking for a full-time retail sales employee. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills a clean driving record, must be able to lift 50 lbs., have a flexible work schedule, be dependable, punctual and a team player.
3 – 5 years retail or customer service experience is a must. A familiarity with the lawn and garden industry with knowledge of animals is a plus. If you are propane certified that is a star.
Duties include assisting all customers in every aspect of their shopping requirements. Listen to customer’s needs and communicate the proper solution for the customer’s concerns. Listen and communicate with the manager to maintain the highest customer relations and readiness to delivering a clean, neat and easy to shop store.
