Bring the kiddos so we can play in the dirt. The Wells Brother’s legendary “Kids Organic Gardening” Workshop has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 9, 2020, at 1:00 pm! Turn digging in the dirt with your children into a lifetime of love and respect for nature.
There is a natural attraction between children and dirt, whether it is making mud or watching a germinating seed sprout from the earth. Gardening with children, from toddlers to adolescents, opens new windows in a world dominated by technology.
At the Kids Organic Garden Workshop, every child will choose seeds to plant from our selection of bulk seeds. They’ll learn how to plant, and care for their new project. Everyone will take home pots with seeds planted in them and not just dirty fingernails. Sorry kids, but we don’t have Mac & Cheese seeds. All kiddos need to be in the company of an adult to attend.
